“Full Snow Moon” — C.Birde, 2/16
I stood in quiet, chill-winged night to observe the Full Moon, to measure its pulse — steady — and discern its aura — unruffled. We toil below in never-ceasing motion, commotion, emotion. The benign Moon remains.

Thank you, Sabiscuit. As I enlarged the photo, it degraded…but I thought it did so beautifully and with an interesting effect. A nice surprise! 🙂

It looks as if surrounded by pitted rocks and faces. Like the benign moon is punching through to the world of never ceasing commotion. A perfect picture for evocative writing.

Thank you, kindly. Maybe the Moon needs to “punch through” in order to gain our attention. 😉
